*Per guidelines passed by Govenor Justice, BGX is no longer requiring staff members and ticket-holders to wear a mask during the BGX event. You still, however, have the option of wearing one if you choose to do so.

As we strive to follow our states guidelines, we here at BGX want to keep you and ourselves safe from COVID-19 as best as possible. Although guidelines can change, these are the practices we will be putting in place. Please check back for any news or updates!

Our current COVID-19 Guidelines are as follows:

​

• Staff members and ticket-holder are not required to wear a mask during the BGX event. You may, however, continue to wear a mask if you wish to do so. Please see the COVID-19 guidelines for the Beckley-Raleigh County Convention Center.

​

• Each game station will be wiped down and sanitized once every hour.

​

• If you have been tested for COVID-19, 2 weeks up until the event, we encourage you to stay home.

​

• If you are feeling feverish or flu-ish, we ask that you stay home.

​

• Gamers are encouraged to bring their own controllers to minimalism contact with multiple controller surfaces.

​

• Gamers can also wear gloves while they play.
