The BGX Vendor Room hosts dealers, artists, crafters, creators and vendors of all shapes and forms! If you have something to sell, this is the place for you! Just fill out a vendor application and let the selling begin! Click on the vendor name to view their products.

Vendor Information
Event Date: Saturday, July 29th, 2023
Setup Time:  8 AM - 12 PM
Vendor Room: 12 PM - 7 PM

Vendor Applications

  • Applications open May 10th, 2023 

    • 8-foot Table (SOLD OUT) Includes 1 8-foot table, 2 chairs, 2 vendor wristbands) - $30​

  • Applications will be reviewed upon being received. Applicants will hear back between 1 - 3 weeks.

  • Need more vendor badges? You can purchase extra at the Registration Table.

  • Setup for event: July 29th, 2023 8 AM - 12 PM

    • Vendor Room open July 29th, 12 PM - 7 PM​

Application Process:

 

STEP ONE: Apply for a vendor space by filling out the application form. The application is then sent to our BGX email where our staff will consider your application.

​

STEP TWO: Applicants accepted will be contacted to finish registration and make payment. If your application is accepted you will receive an e-mail notification which will include a link to the final registration and payment pages.

​

SOLD OUT: Once the spaces are sold out, a mass e-mail will be sent out to the remaining vendors on the reserve list.
